If you are traveling constantly, relocating or don't have the time, our Turn-Key Service is the right solution. Panache Interior's Executive Turn-Key Service starts with a thorough consultation. Ms. Alexander creates a detailed design that is exceptional and customized to your style; resulting in a brilliantly decorated space that is MOVE-IN-READY. Items as simple as your silverware to the linen on your bed can be provided.
Purchasing a home locally, or out of state, it does not matter. Panache Interiors is committed to decorating your house by optimizing your budget to achieve the maximum value for your investment. We collaborate with the homeowners, establish a time line and manage the project. If you are relocating and don't have the time due to constant travel, don't worry. When needed, we can have a designer onsite to meet the movers and oversee the project to completion.
Our process for Turn-Key projects is simplified by combining our belief in strong organizational and communication skills. Through phone calls, emails, document sharing, and site visits, we are able to provide our out-of-state or Turn-Key clients with the same level of service that a local homeowner receives.
Panache Interiors works with office managers and homeowners across the United States on residential and commercial projects that range from business offices to reception areas, from kitchens and bathrooms to unfinished basements. We start with a site visit to establish the size and scope of your project and our involvement.
Once we review your architectural drawings, we create a customized contract based on your project specifications. We present finishing materials for your approval and coordinate our deliverable based on your construction timeline. This can include appliances, counter tops, sinks, plumbing fixtures, cabinets, hardware, carpet and other floor coverings, lighting fixtures, interior doors, mill-work, wall treatment, furniture and more.
