This brownstone was purchased by a young married couple who decided to turn their basement into a two bedroom, two bath rental. Panache Interiors design team was initially hired to renovate 3 bathrooms on the main levels. Once the first bathroom was completed, the client decided to retain us to design the basement unit, followed up by completely decorating the main level.
